IQM will deliver the quantum computer for the LUMI-IQ AI Factory in Kajaani, Finland — the EU's largest, combining HPC, quantum and AI. IQM's share is €33M of the €40M project; installation starts next summer, operations from late 2027.

It is co-located with Frontier, the world's most powerful open-science supercomputer, for HPC–quantum integration in the National Center for Computational Sciences test bed. The deployment comes ahead of IQM's planned Nasdaq listing via a business combination with Real Asset Acquisition Corp. (RAAQ).
