AgiBot debuts the A3 humanoid in Europe and launches a UK robots-as-a-service model

At its London partner conference, AgiBot unveiled the A3 humanoid for Europe (55kg, dual-battery ~10h, 10-second swap) and a UK robot-as-a-service model — humanoid rentals from £1,999/day with local partner support.

At its UK partner conference in London, AgiBot debuted the A3 humanoid for the European market — a 55kg robot with magnesium/titanium reinforcement, a dual-battery system rated around 10 hours with 10-second swapping, aimed at education, exhibitions and public-facing service work. Alongside it, AgiBot launched a UK robot-as-a-service model: humanoids rentable from £1,999/day (quadrupeds from £899/day), with local partners handling logistics, support and delivery.

Why it matters

RaaS pricing turns "buy a humanoid" into an opex line a UK business can trial without capital approval — the distribution move that gets robots into venues that would never sign a purchase order. It is also the second Chinese humanoid maker route into the West this cycle: while Unitree lists at home, AgiBot is building overseas revenue channels — a template US rivals mostly lack.

What to watch

UK rental utilization and named enterprise deployments, and whether the RaaS model extends to continental Europe.
