Mobileye's founder-CEO Shashua steps aside as the company pivots to running its own robotaxis
Amnon Shashua will step down as Mobileye CEO after 27 years, moving to chairman, as the firm pivots from ADAS supplier toward operating its own robotaxi fleet with VW's MOIA (a US city in 2027, 100–200 vehicles). Its Moovit division is restructuring away from B2B — reportedly cutting ~30% of staff — and shares fell on softer Q3 guidance.
