XPeng's robotics unit raises over $900M at $6.3B — China's largest embodied-AI round
XPeng's humanoid robotics business raised more than $900M at a post-money valuation above $6.3B, led by IDG Capital with Gaorong Ventures and strategic participation from Tencent and Alibaba. XPeng says it is the largest single private round in China's embodied-AI sector; the IRON humanoid is slated for mass production by end-2026 and deliveries in 2027.
